Are your factories certified?
Our partner factories are FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 and HACCP (or ISO 9001) certified, and their products are Halal (including MUI Halal) and, for many grades, Kosher. These certifications belong to the manufacturers; we share the certificates with your quotation.
Can I test samples before ordering?
Yes. Every new ingredient starts with a sample and the manufacturer's COA and specification sheet, so your QC team can test it first.
Do you accept LC from Bangladeshi banks?
Yes, large orders are made by LC. For smaller quantities without your own LC, our Dhaka company DE International can import and deliver door-to-door.
Do you also supply yeast and sodium bicarbonate?
Yes. Yeast, sodium bicarbonate and baking powder are available for bakeries and biscuit makers, together with emulsifiers, thickeners and preservatives on request.
Do you visit the factories?
Yes. Our team in Shenzhen visits and checks the producing factories. Factory photos and video are available on request.
Can you combine several ingredients in one shipment?
Yes. Different ingredients can be combined in one order and shipped together to Bangladesh.
