The approved sample is the standard
Production is compared against a physical golden sample that you approved, not against memory.
Find problems early
A defect found during production costs far less than one found by your customer. We check before, during and after.
The four gates
Every order passes all four.
Each gate produces a record, so you can see what was checked and what was found.
Gate 1 · Before production
Written specifications
We agree materials, dimensions, tolerances, functions, finish and packaging with you. The result is a specification both sides sign off.
Gate 2 · Sample approval
Approved golden sample
You approve a final sample. It is kept as the reference that every production unit is compared against.
Gate 3 · During production
In-process checks
Materials and parts are checked when they arrive, and units are checked during production so issues are corrected at the source.
Gate 4 · Before shipping
Pre-shipment inspection
Finished goods are inspected using a sampling plan agreed with you, for example an AQL level, by our team or an independent third-party inspector.

Independent third-party inspection. We can arrange inspection by an independent third-party inspection company through our partner network, or you can appoint your own inspector. Either way, we coordinate access and timing.
Certifications & compliance
The right documents for your market.
Each market has its own rules. The certifications, test reports and labels a product needs depend on what it is and where it will be sold.
As a trading and technology company, we work with manufacturers that hold the certifications your product needs. We identify the requirements with you at the start, collect the manufacturer's certificates and test reports, and can arrange independent testing through third-party laboratories when required.
The quotation confirms which certificates and test reports apply to your order.
