What to prepare.
You do not need everything on this list. The more you can share, the more precise our first reply and quotation will be.
Send your brief- What the product is and what it must do. Photos of a reference product help.
- Drawings, specifications or files, if you have them (for example 2D drawings, 3D files or a spec sheet).
- Target quantity for the first order and expected yearly volume.
- Target price or budget per unit.
- Target market and any certifications or standards the product must meet there.
- Branding and packaging needs: logo, colours, retail box, labels, manuals.
- Timeline: when you need samples and when you need stock.

Common questions.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends on the product, materials and production process. We confirm the MOQ for your product in the quotation, and we will tell you early if a lower first quantity is possible.
How long does it take?
Timelines depend on how finished your design is and on the product itself. After the brief, we give you a schedule covering samples, pilot run and production, and we update you if anything changes.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. Sampling is a standard stage of our process, and mass production only starts after you approve a golden sample. Sample cost and timing are quoted per project.
How is my design protected?
We treat your designs, files and business plans as confidential. If you would like a non-disclosure agreement before sharing details, tell us in your first message.
Can you put my brand on the product and packaging?
Yes. Logo marking, labels, retail packaging, inserts and manuals can be produced to your artwork. See packaging and private label.
Which certifications can the product have?
Required certifications depend on the product and the market where it will be sold. We work with manufacturers that hold the relevant certificates, and can arrange third-party testing when needed. We confirm what applies to your order during quotation.
Can my goods be checked by an independent inspector?
Yes. We can arrange a third-party inspection company through our partner network, or you can appoint your own. We coordinate access and timing either way.
What payment and trade terms do you use?
Payment terms and trade terms are agreed in writing for each order and shown clearly in the quotation.
